The Cumbria & Lancashire Asbestos Support Advice Group is reopening its meetings, but for now, it will be online.
The meetings provide both an opportunity of peer support and to find out what help and advice is available. Guest speakers include dieticians, complimentary therapy, cancer and palliative care.
Anyone living in Cumbria and Lancashire, who has an asbestos related condition, and their carers, are most welcome to the meetings. Alan Reid CEO, Disability First, says “this is a terrific opportunity to use technology to help sustain a critical care group, it’s one of our flagship support services and we want to maintain and grow the member numbers”. If you need more information about the group or support in setting up ZOOM please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01253 472201/01253 472202
